UEFA Champions League 2007/08

About this collection

The official Panini sticker collection for the UEFA Champions League 2007/08 contains 552 stickers and covers all 32 teams of the group stage. The first two album pages carry eight stickers: the trophy, the competition logo and the match ball, two on holders AC Milan including the result of the final against Liverpool, one on UEFA Fair Play and one on the venue of the next final, the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow. Then come the 32 clubs with 17 stickers each, led by the club crest. The clubs are listed alphabetically, but in two blocks: after Valencia the order starts again with Dynamo Kyiv, so Sevilla and Fenerbahçe, for instance, only appear at the end of the album. Collector's note: 36 stickers have a glossy finish, namely the 32 club crests plus the trophy, the logo, the final image and the Moscow poster. The review of the finals since 2000 at the end of the album, by contrast, consists of pre-printed images; no stickers are needed for it. There was no update or top-up set for this edition.
