Getting started
What is FINALSTICKER?
FINALSTICKER is a platform for collectors of stickers and trading cards. You manage your collection digitally, mark what you're missing and what you have as duplicates, find matching trade and purchase partners, and send each other the items by post. FINALSTICKER only puts you in contact – you trade or buy the stickers directly with the other members.
What does it cost to use?
Use is free – managing your collection, finding trade partners, trading and buying cost nothing. There are optional paid add-ons (Premium, Premium +, Ad-free) that unlock things like an ad-free experience and selling features. These are not a subscription and expire automatically.
Do I need an account?
Not for browsing the collections, but you do need a free account to manage your collection and to trade and buy. For shipping you also need a complete address – this only becomes visible to the other person once a trade or purchase is agreed.
Collection & inventory
How do I set up my collection?
In "My collections", add the relevant album or set and, for each sticker, mark whether you're looking for it or have it as a duplicate (offering it for trade). You can do this in manual mode (stepper) or quickly via list mode, where you simply paste in the numbers.
What do "Wanted", "Offer" and "Duplicates" mean?
Wanted = stickers missing from your collection. Offer/Duplicates = stickers you have more than once and offer for trade. From this information FINALSTICKER suggests matching partners: someone who wants what you have spare – and vice versa.
What is storage management?
Storage (a Premium feature) helps you keep track of large holdings: you can record a storage location for each sticker (e.g. folder/box) and – as a seller – assign prices. That way you quickly find the physical item again. With Premium + you also manage your own Marketplace items in storage.
My collection is missing – can I suggest it?
Yes. Via "Request a collection" you can suggest a missing album or set (ideally with cover and key details). We review the suggestion and add the collection. For accepted suggestions with an image you can even earn free Premium over time.
Trading
How does trading work step by step?
1. You find a matching partner and put together a trade request. 2. The other person accepts (or makes a counter-offer). 3. Once it's agreed, the addresses become visible to each other. 4. You send each other the stickers by post and confirm dispatch and receipt. 5. Finally, you can rate each other.
Where do I see my ongoing trades and purchases?
In the "Messages" area, all your trade, purchase and Marketplace requests come together with their chat history. The bell at the top notifies you of the key events (e.g. "accepted", "shipped" or a new message). That way you always see where it's your turn.
How do I find trade partners?
Via "Trading", FINALSTICKER suggests members whose offers match what you're looking for (and vice versa). You can filter by collection, country and activity. The better your collections match each other, the higher a suggestion appears.
A duplicate can't be selected / my stock doesn't update right away – why?
As soon as someone puts together a trade or purchase request with one of your duplicates, that copy is reserved and temporarily blocked for other requests – so the same sticker can't be handed out twice. Once the process is completed or cancelled, the reservation is released again. That's why the available stock only updates after completion or cancellation.
What is holiday / away mode?
If you can't trade for a while, set your account to holiday mode in the settings. You then receive no new requests and no longer appear in partner search. Your collection stays visible; as soon as you're back, you simply switch the mode off again.
My letter hasn't arrived – what can I do?
First contact the other person via the chat for the process; a delay often clears up quickly. If a shipment never arrives, you can report this via "Letter not received". Because the postal route is outside FINALSTICKER's control, we recommend sending important items as registered mail or by another traceable method.
Buying & selling
Can I also buy stickers and cards?
Yes, in two ways: (1) Duplicates from the collections – members with selling enabled offer their duplicates; you put together the cards you want and agree in the chat. (2) High-value single items via the Marketplace (see its own section). Buying is free for you in both cases – you don't need Premium for it.
How does a purchase work step by step?
1. You put together the items you want and agree on price and shipping with the seller in the chat. 2. Once the purchase is accepted, the addresses become visible to each other. 3. You pay directly to the seller as agreed and mark "Payment sent". 4. The seller confirms "Payment received", ships the goods (ideally with a tracking number) and marks the dispatch. 5. You confirm receipt – finally, you can rate each other. Tip: always clarify open points in the chat before you pay.
How can I sell myself?
Selling is a Premium feature: in the settings, activate seller mode (with active Premium) and mark in storage the items you're offering. You set shipping terms and payment methods in the seller settings; you handle the actual transaction in the chat.
Do I sell as a private individual or as a business?
When you activate selling, you classify yourself as private or commercial. Anyone who sells regularly or with the intention of making a profit is generally considered commercial and must meet additional obligations (e.g. provider identification/legal notice and a right of withdrawal for buyers). If in doubt, get brief professional advice – the correct classification is your responsibility.
Who handles payment and shipping?
The members among themselves. FINALSTICKER is purely a brokerage and contact platform and is not a party to your trade or purchase deals. You agree price, payment and shipping directly and on your own responsibility – FINALSTICKER does not accept any money for this.
Marketplace
What is the Marketplace?
The Marketplace is the area for higher-value single and special cards (e.g. rare, signed or professionally rated "graded" cards) – in the form of private sale listings with a photo and description. As with trading, FINALSTICKER only provides the contact: you clarify price, payment and shipping directly with each other. Anyone can browse and enquire; listing your own items is a Premium + feature.
How does the Marketplace differ from the collections?
Collections are the regular sticker albums and sets – there you manage wanted items and duplicates and trade or buy individual stickers. The Marketplace is separate from that and intended for individual, high-value pieces that you list as a standalone item with photos.
How do I enquire about an item?
Open the item and tap "Enquire". This starts a message thread with the selling person, in which you discuss everything else – price, shipping and payment – directly. An enquiry is purely making contact and is non-binding.
What is the collection basket?
In the basket, while browsing you can gather several items and then send one combined enquiry per seller ("group enquiry") instead of enquiring about each item separately – handy when several cards from one person interest you.
Can I save or watch items?
Yes – tap the heart on a listing and it goes into your watchlist, so you can find it again any time. If you want to enquire about several cards from one person, gather them in the basket and send one combined enquiry.
How do I list my own items?
Your own Marketplace items are a Premium + feature. Under "My storage → My items" you create an item with a title, description, condition (optionally grading, language and features such as signed or sealed) and at least one photo. Important: creating an item initially just means storing it – whether it appears for sale is something you enable separately. That way you can also manage pieces that are not (yet) for sale.
What does shipping cost on the Marketplace?
The selling person sets shipping per item (domestic/international, depending on the country); sometimes it says "on request" – then you clarify it in the thread. FINALSTICKER converts the item price into your currency as rough guidance; what counts is always what you agree directly with each other.
Safety & trust
How do I recognise trustworthy partners?
Look at the ratings from earlier dealings and at the verification badge. Decide on your own responsibility who you deal with, and for valuable shipments use a traceable or insured method (e.g. registered mail).
What is verification ("GetVerified")?
With verification you receive a trust badge that signals to others that your details have been checked. Only name and/or address are checked – we do not ask for ID documents. Private and commercial accounts each have their own badge (different colour). Verification is voluntary and expires automatically if you later change your name or address.
Is FINALSTICKER liable if something goes wrong in a deal?
Since FINALSTICKER is not a party to deals between members, we accept no liability for how they are carried out (e.g. non-performance or loss in the post). We provide you with tools such as ratings, verification and a reporting function – but the decision of who you deal with is yours. Details are in our Terms.
How do ratings work?
After a completed trade or purchase you can rate each other with stars (in several categories) and a comment. Trade and sale ratings are shown separately, so you can see at a glance how reliable someone is as a trade partner versus as a seller. The ratings feed into the profile and help others recognise trustworthy partners.
How do I report a violation or problematic content?
On item and profile pages you'll find a Report function. With it you can report e.g. unlawful content, counterfeits or fraud attempts to us – we review every report. This way you help keep the platform safe.
Premium
What do Premium and Premium + offer?
Premium (€4.90/month · €49/year): ad-free use, selling features, storage management, preferred placement as a seller and up to 3 Marketplace listings. Premium + (€14.90/month · €149/year): everything in Premium plus unlimited Marketplace listings for high-value single and special cards. We charge 0% sales commission – you keep what you agree. You'll see the exact scope on the Premium page in your dashboard.
Is Premium a subscription?
No. All paid services have a fixed term (1 month or 1 year) and expire automatically – there is no automatic renewal and no hidden follow-up costs. After expiry you simply use FINALSTICKER again in the free scope; trading and buying always remain possible.
What is "Ad-free"?
"Ad-free" is a cheap entry option that only switches off advertising – without the other Premium features. Like Premium, it expires automatically.
Can I gift Premium or redeem a code?
Yes. You can buy Premium as a gift – you receive a code that you pass on yourself. You redeem a code you've received (gift or promotion) on the Premium page under "Redeem code".
Account & privacy
I haven't received a confirmation or activation email.
First check your spam or promotions folder and add info@finalsticker.com to your contacts. Some providers deliver emails with a delay of a few minutes. If nothing arrives at all, request the email again or write to us – we're happy to activate you manually.
What notifications do I get – and how do I set them?
In the settings you decide in fine detail what we notify you about by email. You can bundle messages (one combined email instead of many individual ones) and set quiet hours. System emails (e.g. login security, invoices, address confirmation) are always sent – they cannot be switched off.
How do I change my data or language?
In the settings you can adjust your profile, address, email, password and language. Security-relevant changes (e.g. email or address) are additionally confirmed via a link we send you by email.
How do I hide my online status?
Under Settings → Account → Privacy you can enable the "Hide online status" switch. Others then no longer see whether you were recently online.
How do I delete my account?
In the settings you can schedule your account for deletion. After a period of 7 days (during which you can revoke it) your personal data is removed or anonymised. Ratings and details of already completed dealings remain in anonymised form; invoices we keep for legal reasons. You'll find details in the privacy policy.
What data does FINALSTICKER store?
Only what is needed for account, trading and buying – described in detail in our privacy policy. We use only technically necessary cookies and run no advertising tracker.
